    The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is an independent standards organization helping businesses communicate the impact of their business on critical sustainability issues. GID follows the (GRI) indicators to create our annual Sustainability Reports.

  • ENERGY STAR Partner

    In order to better track building performance, GID has benchmarked all its assets in the EPA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool. This tool is used to track our monthly energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions data. GID is proud to be recognized as an ENERGY STAR Partner.

    Membership provides GID with resources, expert advice and preferred pricing for pursuing green building certifications.
