The GID Portfolio and Asset Management Group is responsible for setting the overall direction of the firm’s investment activities for our clients and our own account. The group is staffed with seasoned real estate executives and analysts with a wealth of investment management experience. Key areas of focus for the Group include:
- Portfolio management of the GID wholly-owned portfolio and the various Co-Investment Fund portfolios
- Asset management oversight of the GID wholly-owned properties and the Co-Investment Fund properties including multifamily, office, retail and industrial/flex product types
- Coordination of GID’s market research and target market selection
