Windsor Realty Fund-VII Limited Partnership (“WRF-VII”) is a private, closed-end, real estate investment program sponsored by GID in 2006 and is GID’s first commingled fund with an investment strategy oriented towards acquiring and developing flex industrial properties. GID has invested in this property type since 1987. During its investment phase, WRF-VII sought to acquire existing flex industrial buildings as well as seek development opportunities located in its targeted metropolitan areas throughout the United States.
As of December 31, 2011, WRF-VII owns nine existing flex industrial parks in six states totaling 1.89 million square feet plus three development joint ventures in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX and Jacksonville, FL totaling 861,430 square feet.
GID, which made a significant equity co-investment in WRF-VII, serves as portfolio and asset manager.
