Windsor Realty Fund-V

Windsor Realty Fund-V LLC (“WRF-V”), a discretionary equity co-investment joint venture between affiliates of GID and the California State Teachers' Retirement System (“CalSTRS”), was formed in June 2003 with the objective of achieving superior risk-adjusted investment returns for its partners through the acquisition and development apartment communities throughout the United States.

WRF-V acquired six apartment communities in metro Los Angeles, CA, Emeryville, CA, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO and Philadelphia, PA totaling 2,290 units. As of December 31, 2011 WRF-V owns six apartment communities totaling 1,930 units. GID continues to seek acquisition and development opportunities on behalf of WRF-V that meet its investment objectives.

GID, which makes a significant equity co-investment in WRF-V, serves as portfolio and asset manager, and through Windsor Property Management Company, its property management affiliate, as property manager.
