Prior to joining GID, our executives were previously involved with many of the most celebrated mixed-use properties in the nation. A sampling of these noteworthy efforts demonstrates their expertise in a myriad of sophisticated real estate projects.

Time Warner Center – New York, New York

$2 billion, 2.8 million square feet, 80-story mixed-use tower including 1 million square feet of Class A ofifce space featuring Time Warner's world headquarters. The project also includes 200 luxury condominiums, a 250-room Mandarin Oriental hotel, 350,000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses, and the 100,000-square-foot Jazz at Lincoln Center performance complex. At the time, the construction loan represented the largest private construction financing in American real estate history.

Riverside South – New York, New York

$4 billion, 8.3 million square feet, 16 high-rise buildings on 72 acres. At the time it was the largest private development ever approved in New York City, comprised of 5,700 residential units, 2.1 million square feet of commercial space, a 23-acre waterfront park with pier, new roadways, and extensive infrastructure improvements.

Rowes Wharf - Boston, Massachusetts

$200 million, 1 million square feet. This mixed-use waterfront high-rise combines 100 luxury condominiums, the 230-room Boston Harbor Hotel, 330,000 square feet of Class A office, 24,000 square feet of retail, and 15,000-square-foot health club with a 50-slip marina, public ferry terminal, and 700-car below-grade garage.

The Grove – Los Angeles, California

600,000 square feet. The Grove is adjacent to the famed Farmers' Market and CBS Studios in Hollywood, and consists of 500,000 square feet of premier retail and restaurant uses, 100,000 square feet of office space, a multiplex cinema, signature public spaces, new streets, sidewalks, trolley system, and an eight-level parking garage for 3,500 vehicles.

The Americana at Brand – Glendale, California

$400 million, 900,000 square feet, 16 acres. This mixed-use project combines 475,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a multiplex cinema, 100 luxury condominiums, 238 luxury rental apartments, new public spaces including streets, sidewalks, and parks, a trolley system, and multi-level parking for 4,500 vehicles.

100 Cambridge Street – Boston, Massachusetts

$195 million, 750,000 square feet, 22 stories. The mixed-use complex includes 580,000 square feet of Class A office space, 75 condominiums, 15,000 square feet of retail, and underground parking for 350 vehicles.

Archstone Northpoint – Cambridge, Massachusetts

$235 million, 740,000 square feet, 22 stories. This residential high-rise comprises 426 apartments, three levels of underground parking for 433 vehicles, street front retail, and a variety of health, fitness, and amenity facilities.

W South Beach Resort and Residences – Miami Beach, Florida

$500 million, 800,000 square feet. The oceanfront mixed-use high-rise consists of 408 condominium-hotel units operated as a W Hotel, and includes a Bliss Spa, health club, two restaurants, three bars, multiple pools and cabanas, and a 700-car garage.

Trilogy – Boston, Massachusetts

$215 million, 1 million square feet. Three towers include 575 apartments, 43,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and three levels of underground parking for 580 vehicles.
