Investment Criteria
- Acquisition of either single assets or a portfolio.
- Acquisition of a fee simple or partnership interest, the debt related to investment properties, or a controlling interest in a joint venture.
- Suburban office building, as well as select low and mid-rise CBD office properties.
- Property size should be a minimum of 100,000 rentable square feet.
- Properties should be less than 20 years old.
- Properties should be $20 to $50 million in price.
- Target re-development opportunities will be evaluated only in instances in which:
- 50% or more of the building is pre-leased and
- The property is located in one of the core geographic areas of operation, which are the Boston, MA and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.
